**TERMS & CONDITIONS**

 

1. **Referrals and Reviews**

   - If you're delighted with your Cleaning Service, please refer us to your friends and family! You can also review us on Google & Facebook to share your positive experience.

 

2. **Billing Information**

   - Charges are calculated hourly per cleaner plus GST. During initial phone consultations, time is allocated based on your home's needs and billed accordingly. Our cleaners adhere to this scheduled time block and do not go over unless otherwise discussed with the homeowner. Pure & Simple Clean has a minimum charge for basic residential cleans of $150.00 plus GST for one cleaner, covering services up to 3 hours in duration.

 

3. **Cancellation Policy**

   - To cancel your scheduled service, please call or text 778-677-4061 or email info@pureandsimple.ca. You must cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled cleaning. Failure to do so will result in a $100.00 missed call-out fee. Same-day cancellations will result in being charged the full amount for your scheduled service.

 

4. **Presence During Cleaning**

   - You do not need to be present during your cleaning service. Please ensure that entry to your home is arranged beforehand.

 

5. **Tipping**

   - Tipping is greatly appreciated and 100% of tips go directly to your assigned cleaner.

 

6. **Payment Methods**

   - We accept payments via cheques, cash, and e-transfer. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. All services are subject to GST. E-transfers can be sent to info@pureandsimpleclean.ca.
